Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and obtain timely feedback from hiring managers.
• Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, salary discussions and offer coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily/weekly reports.
• Support hiring for IT, .NET, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Corporate functions.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, colleges and training institutes when required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
• IT/technical recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Positions closed within defined TAT.
• Quality and volume of profiles sourced.
• Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Accuracy of recruitment reports and trackers.
