Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Management Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions. The ideal candidate brings prior pharmaceutical hiring experience and a strong understanding of the various functions within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, with a demonstrated ability to close open positions within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for plant-based roles sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff across junior to senior levels.
• Partner with plant department heads to define role requirements and build accurate job descriptions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, and campus/ITI tie-ups as relevant
• Screen resumes and conduct first-level interviews to assess technical fit, cultural fit, and role readiness
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback loops
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio) and provide weekly MIS
• Manage salary benchmarking and offer structuring in coordination with the compensation framework
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Continue to follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure their joining is on track
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with a significant portion in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
• Demonstrated familiarity with hiring across pharma manufacturing functions
• Proven track record of filling open positions within defined SLAs/timelines
• Experience hiring across levels from shop-floor/junior technical roles to mid-senior management positions
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of applicable labour law and compliance considerations relevant to plant hiring
• Proficiency with job portals, ATS tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
