Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection

- Source candidates across multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and share timely recruitment updates

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback

- Maintain accurate records and reporting of all recruitment activity

- Support smooth handoff from offer acceptance through to onboarding

- Meet hiring timelines and staffing needs on schedule

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and sourcing channels

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles/priorities

- Comfortable owning both process (reporting, coordination) and people (candidate/stakeholder) sides of recruitment
