ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own Hiring End-to-End

• Take complete ownership of roles from kickoff to offer closure
• Work directly with hiring managers to understand what great looks like
• Drive fast and high-quality hiring decisions

Source Like a Pro

• Actively source using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels
• Build strong pipelines instead of reacting to open roles
• Map talent and stay on top of the market

Run a Tight Process

• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep things moving smoothly
• Ensure clear communication across candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain a strong bar on both skills and culture fit

Be the Face of the Company

• Create a great experience for every candidate you interact with
• Close candidates with confidence from first call to offer rollout
• Handle negotiations and drive closures

Track & Improve

• Keep ATS data clean and up to date
• Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.)
• Continuously improve the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

Someone who is proactive, scrappy, and gets things done

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment

Great communication and people skills
