Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment plans based on monthly and projected manpower requirements
• Develop appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies including digital platforms
• Screening, evaluating and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Organize walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and other hiring campaigns
• Ensure adequate pipeline coverage for anticipated attrition and business growth
• Responsible for Recruitment Analytics and MIS

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 7 to 8 years in core BPO recruitment
• Excellent spoken English and written communication
• Must have leadership hiring experience
