Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for specialized BFSI domains (Risk, Compliance, Underwriting, Wealth Management, and Branch Operations).
• Partner with business heads to map out hiring forecasts and workforce plans.
• Source high-caliber talent using portals like Naukri and LinkedIn Premium.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical competencies and regulatory/integrity clearances.
• Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with a strong focus on the BFSI or FinTech market.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with financial industry structures, regulatory norms, and market compensation trends.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilitie
