Recruitment Executive / Healthcare Talent Acquisition

Key Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare / hospital recruitment is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in volume hiring of healthcare professionals, especially Nurses, Technicians, and other hospital/clinical staff.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to handle recruitment data, MIS, and basic data analytics.
• Well-versed with job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
