Talent Acquisition Specialist Sourcing

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing expertise to identify, engage, and attract top talent across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Data Center, and Digital Technology domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and talent mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other job portals.
• Perform Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify niche talent.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer follow-ups.
• Meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines (TAT).

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment and infrastructure technologies.
• Expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
