Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Staffing & Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in staffing/recruitment and product-based organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Contract and Contract-to-Hire hiring, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

The candidate should demonstrate a stable career history, strong ownership of recruitment activities, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer discussions, and joining processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external staffing partners when required.
• Ensure candidates are aligned with role requirements, compensation expectations, and joining timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, closures, and hiring progress.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process while meeting business and staffing requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Staffing background is mandatory.
• Hands-on recruitment experience within a Product Company is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Hands-on experience hiring for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
• Candidates should demonstrate career stability with consistent tenure across organizations.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 10 days.
• Must be comfortable attending a mandatory Face-to-Face interview for the second round.
• Must be willing to work from Bangalore – Kadubeesanahalli / Domlur in a hybrid model.
