Talent Acquisition RPO

• Manage end-to-end recruitment under the RPO model.
• Handle stakeholder management and understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews, and interview coordination.
• Plan and manage walk-in interview drives and bulk hiring.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Coordinate offers, follow-ups, and joining of selected candidates.
• Ensure hiring targets and TAT are achieved.

Preferred Experience

• 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
