Recruitment Specialist Alpha Alternatives (Mid and Senior Level Hiring)

We are looking for a recruitment/search specialist with proven experience in the alternative asset management and private markets space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring across areas such as InvITs, real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, asset management and other alternative investment platforms.

The role will focus on identifying and delivering high-quality talent across mid-to-senior level mandates, with particular emphasis on candidates with strong investment, asset management, fundraising, distribution, strategy and functional expertise within the alternatives ecosystem.

What were looking for:

• Proven recruitment or executive search experience within alternative asset management / private markets
• Strong understanding of InvITs, real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure and related investment platforms
• Demonstrated experience delivering mid- to senior-level mandates
• Strong network of relevant candidates across the alternatives ecosystem
• Ability to identify both active and passive talent and access hard-to-reach candidates
• Strong understanding of the talent landscape, relevant organisations and senior professionals in the sector
• Ability to independently manage mandates end-to-end — from market mapping and sourcing through to candidate engagement and closure
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The key differentiator:
We are specifically looking for someone who knows the alternatives talent market and already has a strong network in this space, rather than a generalist recruiter who can source candidates across sectors.
