Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition professional with a background in IT Technology & Services who can take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle and make a real impact on hiring outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing & talent mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership.
• Someone who can challenge traditional recruitment approaches and change recruitment dynamics
• Strong understanding of IT/technology hiring and niche skill recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A collaborative team player who contributes beyond individual responsibilities
• Strong focus on quality, speed and candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment
• Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to take on challenges
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of current technology and hiring trends
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies
• Experience working on Microsoft client requirements/projects will be highly Preferred.
