Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts.

Experience : 0 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Screen and shortlist resumes as per JD requirements
• Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate with clients
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain candidate database and trackers
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
