Talent Acquisition Specialist (Only from Healthcare company)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Handleend-to-end recruitmentfor doctors, pathologists, radiology, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and clinical interviews.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies when required.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market insights.
