Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non IT Recruiter)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Understand job requirements from hiring manager in detail and source relevant profiles from various portals.
2. Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers, seek feedback and seamlessly coordinate to schedule interviews/ conduct assessments/ online assignments etc.,
3. Ensure collecting detailed feedback from hiring managers and use it to hire the best fit within defined TAT.
4. Collect necessary documents & negotiate salary with candidates and propose offers (within parity) for approval.
5. Maintain connect with offered candidates till onboarding & ensure all documentation is completed pre-joining.
6. Ensure overall candidate & stakeholder experience is impeccable during the entire hiring process.
7. Collect inputs from team members to prepare & publish hiring dashboard at regular intervals.
8. Build & maintain connects with key colleges PAN India to drive campus hiring program.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. 1-4 Years of experience in Recruitment (NON-IT Hiring)
2. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Sheets.
3. Recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and hiring efficiency.
