Profile: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Kolkata)

Job description:

* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
* Source & screening applicants through USA job portals & other professional networks
* Shortlist relevant resumes
* Cold calling
* Send emails and follow-ups
* Explaining training details
* Maintain records of all candidates during recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork

Location: Saltlake sector V
Timing: 6:30pm-3:30am
5 days working, Sat sun fixed off
Drop facility will be provided
