We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end sales hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and building a strong sales talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and regular stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Enterprise, HRMS, or Technology Sales hiring is preferred.
