Talent Acquisition Specialist | IT

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring across engineering, product, and infrastructure roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, effective screening skills, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for engineering, product, and infrastructure positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, GitHub, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct preliminary technical and behavioural screening to assess candidate experience, technical skills, and role suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements, align interview processes, and obtain timely feedback.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates throughout their notice period to improve offer-to-joining ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS data.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and sourcing-channel effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• 15 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations will be preferred.

Contract Details

This is an initial three-month contractual position. Based on performance and business requirements, the candidate may be considered for a permanent role.
