Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT/technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates/clients.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview feedback, and offer/joining processes.
• Work on multiple requirements and meet recruitment TAT and hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Must Have: IT Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Candidate Coordination, Naukri/LinkedIn, Stakeholder Management.
