Position: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Bangalore (WFO Only)

Role Summary

The IT Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT roles — from JD analysis and sourcing to candidate validation, screening, and offer closure — for assigned client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand JD requirements, mandatory vs. good-to-have skills, and role priorities
• Source candidates using Boolean/X-ray search techniques across Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
• Screen and validate candidates against technical and cultural fit criteria
• Conduct initial candidate assessment calls to evaluate skills, notice period, compensation expectations, and relocation willingness
• Maintain and update ATS/tracker with candidate pipeline status
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through to onboarding
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring/critical skill requirements
• Provide regular pipeline reports and hiring status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes and SLAs
