About this role
Role:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer discussions, and closures.
- Build and maintain an effective talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Manage candidate data and recruitment activities through ATS tools.
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates through the hiring process.
- Guide/mentor junior recruiters and support the team in achieving hiring targets.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Excel/MIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior team-handling experience will be an added advantage.
