Talent Acquisition Specialist (In House Recruiter)

Position: In-House Recruiter Non-IT / Internal Hiring (Male)

About the Role :

LanceSoft is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to manage internal and lateral hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong non-IT recruitment experience and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Understand hiring requirements by working closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, BDMs, and business stakeholders.
• 2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• 3. Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, compensation, and overall fit.
• 4. Manage the interview process, including interview coordination, feedback follow-up, and candidate communication.
• 5. Drive offer closure and onboarding, including salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and pre-joining engagement.
• 6. Conduct walk-in drives and bulk hiring for urgent and high-volume requirements.
• 7. Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates to Directors, VPs, and C-level management.

Skills Required

• 3.5 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT / Internal / Lateral Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience hiring for Recruitment, Delivery, BDM, Finance, IT Administration, Legal, and Banking/BFSI functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
