Talent Acquisition Specialist || Idemia || Noida, NSEZ.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Recruiter Talent Acquisition to support hiring requirements for our Noida SEZ manufacturing facility.

Contract Duration: 1 Year.

Work Location: Noida, NSEZ Plant
Work Mode: Work from Office / Plant-based role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the Noida SEZ Plant.
• Partner closely with Plant HR, Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.
• Handle recruitment across functions such as:
• Manufacturing / Production
• Quality
• Industrial & Process Engineering
• Maintenance
• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Procurement
• Technical / Engineering
• Plant HR & Administration
• Other plant support functions
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening covering technical relevance, experience, compensation, notice period, location and career motivation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-up.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process to minimize interview dropouts and offer declines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline, aging, interview status and closures.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's recruitment processes, approvals and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, engineering or plant hiring is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing capability through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and engineering talent markets in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR and surrounding locations.
• Ability to independently engage with hiring managers and drive recruitment discussions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
