Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hyderabad

About the Role

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) for an on-site opportunity. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for the Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or related domains is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: 3+ Years
• Preferred Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
• We do not prefer candidates having expertise in mass/bulk hiring, junior level hiring, generic roles hiring.
