About this role
Role & responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment with strong focus on hardcore sourcing & closures.
Extensive headhunting and direct sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn & other job boards.
Understand requirements deeply and identify the right talent pool.
Talent mapping, candidate screening and proactive candidate engagement.
Drive interviews, negotiations, offers and offer-to-join closures.
Work closely with hiring managers and deliver within hiring TAT.
Preferred candidate profile
3-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Strong experience in headhunting + job-board sourcing is mandatory.
Strong closure orientation and candidate engagement skills.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM-HR preferred.
Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
