Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (3rd party)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Pune
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and automotive requirements.
• Source and engage relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle hiring for engineering and technical roles, preferably within the automotive, engineering services, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, compensation, notice period, and role fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closures.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Support salary discussions, offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming engineering requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and database search.
• Experience managing multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on closures.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
• Pune-based candidates preferred.
