Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and professional networks.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Ensure closure of positions within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle recruitment for leadership, middle management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and other support functions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Have experience in bulk hiring

- Good co-ordination skills with stakeholders and candidates
