Talent Acquisition Specialist @Abbott- Third Party Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support hiring activities.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and compliance with company policies and processes.
• Drive employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• 2 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
