Talent Acquisition Specialist Shared Services (Malaysia)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Shared Services functions across Malaysia.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights.
• Manage candidate data and requisitions within ATS systems.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.
• Support offer management, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
