Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and hospital positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical healthcare roles.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hospital leadership to understand workforce requirements.
• Provide recruitment updates and hiring metrics to management.
• Build relationships with medical professionals, nursing institutions, and healthcare networks.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate job opportunities, interview feedback, and onboarding requirements promptly.
• Support new hires during pre-joining and onboarding stages.
