Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and talent sourcing strategies.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring timely filling of positions while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment plans that meet business needs.
• Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., human resources).
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage large volumes of applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using various tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment software.
