About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and ambitious MBA fresher to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team as a Junior Recruiter.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Recruitment and Human Resources. You don't need prior recruitment experience we are looking for someone with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to interact with people.

What You Will Do

• Understand the hiring requirements for different positions.
• Search and identify suitable candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Review resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
• Speak with candidates and understand their experience, skills and career interests.
• Conduct basic initial candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to close open positions.
• Assist with campus hiring and other recruitment activities.
• Learn and use recruitment tools, ATS/HRMS and job portals.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fresh MBA / PGDM graduates, preferably in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and video calls.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in HR & Recruitment.

Freshers Are Welcome!

No prior recruitment experience is required.

We are more interested in your communication, attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn than your previous work experience.
