Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for lateral hires, leadership positions, niche roles, and volume hiring through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from initial screening to onboarding new hires. This includes creating job descriptions, developing interview questions, conducting interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet their needs.
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in Manufacturing  industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in lateral hiring, leadership hiring, niche hiring, volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with clients/stakeholders to understand their requirements and Go getter.
