• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
• Analyze metrics to track progress and improve future recruitment efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
