Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates across corporate roles
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
• Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding great talent

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred)
• 4-6 years of HR experience especially in BFSI Non-IT Talent Acquisition
• Sourcing through various channels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result Orientation with execution excellence
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
