Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyze metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or related field (Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or similar tools.
