Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in TA Operations/HR Generalist.
• Support Talent Acquisition Operations from Interview schedulings to Onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers, Candidate to schedule an interview.
• Preparation of offer letter & employment contract.
• Maintain New hire Onboarding documents.
• Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
• Work closely with Talent acquisition team, HR operations & HR partners to support the delivery service.

Good to have skills: Employee life cycle management, Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, MS-Excel.

Looking for a candidate with 46 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of managing high-volume workloads in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.

The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, effectively engage with global stakeholders, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
