Talent Acquisition Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the TA team with day-to-day recruitment operations and coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, offers, and joining.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining recruitment-related reports and dashboards.
• Ensure timely updating of candidate information and recruitment status in internal systems.
• Support the team with offer documentation and other pre-joining activities.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, interview days, and other TA initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM students or graduates, preferably with an interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship/project experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
