Designation: Talent Acquisition Officer ( Offrole)

Location: Pune (SB Road)

Working Hours: 9:30am 6:30pm

Role & responsibilities

• Handling bulk sales hiring across the Pune region.
• Working closely with hiring managers to fulfill the business team requirements.
• Ability to hire from different sources like Naukri, Social - media, walk-in drives, placement drives etc.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
• Giving timely updates to reporting managers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in HR (Talent Acquisition) domain is required.
• Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
• Interest to work in HR domain.
• Good communication skills.
• Should have good sourcing skills.
