We are looking for a Talent Acquisition MDM professional with experience in blue-collar hiring, SAP HCM, employee master data management, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Manage employee master data and lifecycle transactions in SAP HCM.
• Support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and HR Operations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, dashboards, SOPs and audit records.
• Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and within timelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP HCM & Hire-to-Retire
• Talent Acquisition / Blue-Collar Hiring
• Employee Master Data Management
• HR Operations
• MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Good communication in English

Candidate should have exp in AP HCM, Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management, Hire-to-Retire , MIS & Reporting, Recruitment Coordination, Process Automation, Statutory Compliance

Qualification- Any graduates

Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)

Flexible In rotational shift (24/7)
