2. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to the final job offer.

3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

4. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in HR is a must.
