Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Role: The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based out of Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding and facilitating hiring decisions across various functions (majorly in business) in Gold Loan vertical.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with functional leaders of Gold loan vertical to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-day activities include managing recruitment channels, building and maintaining a strong employer brand, coordinating interview schedules, overseeing offer negotiations, background verifications and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

The role also involves tracking hiring metrics, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements through out the talent acquisitions, and recommending process improvements to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Experience: 45 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with demonstrated expertise in recruitment for the Gold Loan industry. Proven experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding, specifically for Gold Loan operations.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Gold Loan business, industry-specific talent requirements, competitor landscape, and recruitment challenges.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment portals, professional networking platforms, and MS Office applications.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Multitasking & Agility: Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, meet recruitment timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Work Location: Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and travel as required across the country to support recruitment initiatives.
• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
