Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and execute campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from leading educational institutions.
  
• Manage sales hiring process by identifying key requirements, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans that meet those needs.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires while maintaining a focus on cost efficiency.
