Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Own the hiring plan for the whole i2Global group - Virtual Learning, the school, the franchise business and tech - and deliver it to a monthly number, not a monthly report.

Lead a team of around six recruiters: set individual targets, review the pipeline with them daily, and hold each one to their closures.

Carry the group target of five onboardings per hiring manager per month, and keep the funnel honest at one selection for every five interviews.

Source and close yourself where it matters - Naukri, referrals, direct outreach - and personally own the roles the team cannot crack.

Cut time to hire and offer-to-join drop-off, and know both numbers every week without being asked.

Set the screening standard: the questions, the rejection reasons, and the candidate brief that reaches the hiring manager.

Keep the HR Master Tracker current and report hiring health to the founder weekly, in numbers rather than narrative.

Own offer negotiation, documentation handover and the candidate experience right up to day one.

Preferred candidate profile:

3 to 6 years in recruitment, including at least a year leading recruiters rather than only carrying your own requisitions.

Has closed volume roles - sales, support or academic - and has handled at least some engineering hiring.

Can quote their own numbers from memory: closures per month, offer-to-join ratio, interviews per selection.

Comfortable being measured every week, and comfortable holding other people to a number.

Strong spoken and written English. Kannada or Hindi is an advantage for volume hiring in Bengaluru.

Graduate in any discipline. This is a six-day, in-office role at our Koramangala campus, Monday to Saturday.

We interview for this position between 3 pm and 7 pm, any day from Monday to Saturday.
