Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Talent aquistion and head hunting in minimal TAT.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to source talent.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to identify new opportunities and build relationships.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
