• Vendor Management

• HR Process adherence & Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with 6-10 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from Insurance, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech or other high-growth service industries.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendor management and networking channels.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment MIS, hiring analytics, TAT management and process governance.
• Candidate with strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills will be preferred.
• Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring or recruitment process improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.
