Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.
