Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

Own end-to-end talent acquisition for L&T Energy GreenTech. Drive high-quality hiring across engineering, project, manufacturing, and corporate roles to support the companys rapid scale-up in green hydrogen, green ammonia, and electrolyser manufacturing. Build strong talent pipelines, manage campus and lateral hiring, and partner closely with business leaders to meet project and growth timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
• Source and close critical technical, engineering, and project roles
• Build talent pipelines and drive campus hiring
• Deliver recruitment analytics and MIS to leadership
• Strengthen employer branding in the green energy space

• Renewable Energy / Green Hydrogen
• EPC / Infrastructure / Project-based businesses
• Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing
• Power / Oil & Gas / Process Industries

Location: Powai Mumbai (with travel to project & manufacturing sites as required)
