Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels

* Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

* Follow up with candidates until joining

* Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure timely closures

* Prepare recruitment reports/MIS using MS Excel

What Were Looking For

1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Kannada / Tamil / Telugu

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Target-oriented and proactive approach

Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates
