Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive the organization's hiring strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, lead the recruitment team, and collaborate with business leaders to meet workforce requirements. The role will also focus on enhancing employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and strengthen the organization's market presence.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to improve hiring efficiency and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience hiring AI/ML and Engineering talent.
Experience recruiting for product development teams or within a product-based organization.
Experience recruiting within the HealthTech or Healthcare IT industry is preferred.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, and modern recruitment tools.
